Six months ago, we launched cosx.co with a thesis and a platform. Today, we have live products, real clients, and operations across three countries. The old website told people what we planned to build. The new one shows what we've built.

Why we rebuilt

Our first website described COSX as a platform for building AI-native SaaS. That was accurate but abstract. It explained the technology without showing what it actually does for the people who use it.

Since then, the company has moved fast:

• XENI went live in the UK, processing real immigration cases for 15 beta clients.
• Robolab X launched with an exclusive school partnership and 20 pilot students.
• We began expanding XENI to Australia.
• Metaroom entered planning as our third product, bringing AI-powered analysis to investment management.

The website needed to catch up.

What changed

The biggest shift is positioning. We stopped leading with the platform and started leading with the products.

The new site opens with what COSX does in plain language: we build AI agents for regulated industries. Three products serve three verticals. One platform runs underneath. Visitors can see XENI processing visa forms, Robolab X filtering unsafe content, and Metaroom analysing investment documents. The platform page shows the infrastructure, governance, and security layers that make it all work.

We also rebuilt how we present the platform itself. Instead of listing infrastructure components in a static diagram, we show them in action. A live audit trail. A terminal readout. A case flowing through governance checks step by step. The goal is to make compliance tangible rather than theoretical.

What stayed the same

The core beliefs haven't changed.

Regulated industries need AI that works within their rules, not around them. Compliance is architecture, not a feature. Humans stay in the loop at every stage. Every AI output is auditable, reviewable, and reversible.

We also kept our commitment to transparency. Products that are live are marked "Live." Products that are launching are marked "Launching." Products that are next are marked "Next." We don't blur the line between what exists and what we're planning.

What's next

We are in the middle of our seed round. The team is growing. The products are live and improving every week. And the platform is proving that the same compliance-first foundation can serve immigration law, education, and investment management.
